TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.

  • Progress: Progress can be tracked here.

  • Payment: Paypal only. Must pay at least 50% for me to start working on the commission.

  • Refund: If the commissioner wishes to issue a refund, it must be either before the first sketch is finalized or I failed to finish on the commission. Otherwise, there will be no refunds.

  • Time: I'm working on a queue so your commission could start when it's your turn. Please expect at least 1 to 2 months when I start working on your order. Please note that there could be delays.

  • Fees: There will be fees if the commission contains any of the following:

  • * multiple edits from the original design that are not my mistakes

  • * extensively detailed design or background

  • * If the commission is explicit in any way.

  • Art Usage: The commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless previously discussed, meaning that you can use it as long as you are not making a profit directly from it. I own the right to my artwork and to display them as samples for future commissions.
